CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Drivers must be over 21 and not over 75 years of age, and have held a current driving licence for at least one year. Endorsed licences will be accepted only at the discretion of N W Brass Car Hire.

Rates quoted are for 24 hour hire.

Only persons approved in writing are allowed to drive the hired vehicle.

The hirer is responsible for a £700 excess for any damage or claims resulting against the hired vehicle unless CDW is taken at £5 per day.

CDW is available to non-UK driving licence holders.

If an extension of hire is required, the hire office must be informed immediately, and additional costs paid so that insurance cover can be extended. Failure to do so may result in driving with no insurance.

Whilst on hire, parking fines are the responsibility of the drivers.

Hirers pay for all fuel used whilst on hire.

All rentals are aubject to the terms and conditions appearing on the Rental Agreement and as supplemented above.

All prices include VAT at 20% and are subject to change without notice.
